Welcome to Adoption Partnership South East Procedures Manual, which is produced and maintained in partnership with tri.x.

Adoption Partnership South East is a Regional Adoption Agency made up of three local authorities' adoption agencies:

• London Borough of Bexley;
• Kent County Council;
• Medway Council.

This manual outlines policies and practices in relation to work undertaken by Adoption Partnership South East, sometimes in conjunction with social care teams and other professionals within the partner local authorities. It does not replace the partner local authority Procedures Manuals, but should be read alongside these.
